REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Beauregard Parish Police Jury
The Beauregard Parish Police Jury is seeking quotes and proposals for the dismantling, moving and relocation of rolling file systems, stationary file systems, other office furniture, and including the cataloging of files, establishing a chain of custody and moving, and set-up of files for the Beauregard Parish Clerk of Court to be performed in two separate phases. Proposals shall be accepted and reviewed based on criteria specified in proposal documents.

A mandatory site tour shall be scheduled by potential proposer.
Sealed proposals must be received on or before 10:00 a.m., July 28, 2014. Proposals shall be opened and announced in the Public Works Conference Room by the Parish Administrator, at 10:00 a.m., July 28, 2014. Proposals will be reviewed by the Beauregard Parish Police Jury on August 5, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., in the Building and Grounds Committee Meeting.
