Listing Information/Advertisement

BEAUREGARD PARISH FIRE DISTRICT 4 (District), a public corporation, is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors and/or manufacturers to supply thirty-six (36) new self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and sixteen (16) additional face pieces.  The final quantity and accessory items purchased may be different based on the awarded contract price for each item. 
Bidders shall provide a detailed bid with all required sections as specified.  Any exceptions to the specifications presented herein must be clearly described on the exception page(s), otherwise, it will be considered that all SCBA offered will be in strict compliance with these specifications.  SCBA that fail to meet the minimum specifications will not be considered and/or accepted.  Any vendor failing to meet the obligations required upon acceptance of a bid by the District may be required to pay damages to this District in conjunction with their failure.
 
 
Vendors must complete all information requested on the bid form.  Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, November 29th, 2018.  Bids will be opened and read aloud 6 P.M. at the Planermill Station located at 2061 Bilbo St, DeRidder, LA 70634.  All bid packages shall be clearly marked “SCBA BID” on the front.  Sealed bids must be sent or delivered to:
