Sealed bids will be received by the St. Mary Parish Government (“Owner”) at St. Mary Parish Courthouse, 500 Main Street, Fifth Floor, Franklin, LA 70538 before 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 14th, 2020.  Soon thereafter, all timely received bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Subsequent to the opening, the bids will be evaluated and presented to the Owner for handling in accordance with Louisiana Public Bid Laws.
