The Work includes select demolition, new concrete parking, concrete foundations, wood framing, exterior walls, rough and finish carpentry with mill work, sheet metal trim, doors, door hardware, glazing, stained and painted ceilings, painting, electrical, mechanical, and other systems as described on the contract documents.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, located at the job site at 160 Old KOA Road, Simsboro, Louisiana 71275. Owner Telephone (318) 251-5111. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference
