RFP Pre-Proposal Conference. There will be a mandatory RFP conference held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. CST in the Vandiver Student Union conference room, main campus, Moorhead, MS. Participation in the RFP pre-proposal is a prerequisite to having a proposal considered during the evaluation process.
