DOCUMENTS:            All RFQ related documents are available in electronic form and may be obtained beginning on August 21, 2025 from www.centralbidding.com or from the architect, Hoffpauir & Washer Hill Lipscomb Cabaniss Architecture, a Joint Venture (“Hoffpauir & WHLC Architecture” or “Architect”), by contacting Matthew P Caillouet, AIA, and/or Angelle Lavergne Terry, AIA, ACHA at (225) 767-1530, or via email at [email protected] and [email protected], or in writing at 1744 Oakdale Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70810
 
QUESTIONS:             Any questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing prior to the applicable deadline even if discussed and/or answered orally in the pre-submission conference.  Questions should be addressed in writing to Matthew P. Caillouet, AIA and Angelle Lavergne Terry, AIA, ACAH, and submitted via email to [email protected] and [email protected].
 
All RFQ related documents shall be submitted electronically online to www.centralbidding.com
 
No RFQ related documents shall be reviewed until the after the submission deadline.
 
A Mandatory Pre-Submission Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 2:00 pm.  The mandatory pre-submission conference will be held at South Cameron High School, Tarpon Hall; 753 Oak Grove Highway, Grand Chenier, LA 70643 on Tuesday, September 9th 2 pm. In person attendance is required by all CMaR applicants.  A virtual meeting link is available upon request for companies who wish to have additional team members attend virtually.  Contact Matthew P. Anyone with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact the architect not later than seven (7) days prior to the submission deadline.
 
All respondents shall meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor's Licensing law, Louisiana Revised Statute 37:2150 through 2164, as amended.
 
Sureties used for obtaining Bonds must appear as acceptable on the Department of Treasury Circular 570 and meet the requirements set out in R.S. 38:2219A.(1).
 
As a requirement under Louisiana Revised Statute 37:2163, this project is classified as Building Construction.
 
Responses shall be organized in accordance with the RFQ documents and instructions.  Responses must be as succinct as possible while completely providing all requested information. All times listed are Cameron, LA local time.
 
In order to be considered as a qualified submission, RFQ related documents must be obtained either through WHLC Architecture or Central Bidding.
 
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
