REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
HVAC MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Central Community School System is accepting proposals for HVAC Maintenance Service for a period of one year beginning July 1, 2011 ending June 30, 2012 with two options to renew for additional one year periods through June 30, 2014 for the schools located in the CCSS. Copies of the Request for Proposals are available at www.centralbidding.com, www.centralcss.org and at the School Board Office located at 13421 Hooper Road, Suite 6, Central, LA 70818.
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. CST at the School Board Office. Respondents must attend conference to be considered.
Proposals must be received at the School Board Office or via www.centralbidding.com no later than Monday, May 23, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. CST. The Central Community School Board reserves the right to accept the proposal(s) most advantageous to CCSS and reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
