RE: Request for “Sealed Bids”, 2012-2013 for Janitorial Supplies

Please be informed that on Tuesday, April 03, 2012, the East Carroll Parish School Board authorized the advertisement of sealed bids which will be received until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 2, 2012. All bid proposals must be forwarded to the East Carroll Parish School Board through the United States Postal Service or electronically online at www.centralbidding.com. No hand delivered bid will be accepted. The envelope containing the sealed bid shall be addressed to East Carroll Parish School Board, Post Office Box 792, Lake Providence, LA 71254.

Bids submitted by U.S. Postal Service must be certified and arrive by the date and time prescribed above. Any late bids will be returned, unopened. All bids shall be clearly marked “Janitorial Supplies”. After the official opening, bid recaps sheets will be provided to all vendors on the bid list. Successful bidders will receive a bid recap sheet along with purchase orders for the items for which they were the successful bidder.
