Would there be consideration of extending the due date for quesetions to Friday, April 27th? Based on the proposal due date of Thursday, May 16th it is likely that some firms have not begun a detailed review of the RFP. There are several questions identified for submittal. E.g. The scope of work including Debris Monitoring services (#4, p.10). Debris Monitoring is typically a function of the city or parish to support their Debris Removal activities. Consideration of extending the timeframe of submitting questions would be appreciated for further clarity of the SOW.
