The City of Baker School System (CBSS) will be accepting Bids for Janitorial and Chemical in the Purchasing Department. Bid documentation is due June 20, 2019 on or before 11:00 a.m. Bidding documents may be obtained fromt he Purchasing Department located at 14750 Plank Road, Baker La, 70714 or at our online website www.bakerschools.org. All signature forms must be returned with documents.
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. In accordance with L.A. R.S. 38:2212 (a)(1)(b), the provisions and rquirements of this section, those started in the Advertisement for Bids, adn those required on the bid form shall not be waived by any entity.
The City of Baker School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services. To that end all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in teh purchas of sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and in which minority owned businesses are available.
