REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TO PROVIDE WELDING VENTILATION BOOTH SYSTEMS RFP#21-010-41
Northwest Mississippi Community College is issuing a Request for Proposals to provide welding ventilation booth systems for the Workforce Solutions and Career-Technical Education Division. Qualified entities are invited to submit proposals, in accordance with this request, to Northwest Mississippi Community College at 4975 Highway 51 North, Senatobia, MS 38668, not later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. The proposals will be opened and reviewed by committee at the Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia, Mississippi. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is within the competitive range and determined to be the most advantageous to the project. Submission of proposals for this solicitation may also be done electronically through the Central Bidding website. Proposals can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. Those desiring consideration should submit 1 original proposal and 4 copies by 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 and must include the following:
1. Capacity- Identify the quality of goods or services being offered based on the specifications listed in the RFP Specifications, completing the requested information, and three (3) references.
2. Experience – Qualifications and experience of proposed personnel and evidence ofsuccessful performance with similar accounts or operations.
3. Price – Costs and ability to execute the contract in a timelymanner.
All proposals will be rated on the following system to determine the best offeror: Capacity – 30, Experience – 30, Price – 40, to Total: 100 points.
