The Sabine Parish School Board located at 695 Peterson Street in Many, LA will accept sealed bids until 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 7, 2017, for the sale of its Central Office and surrounding /adjacent properties and structures. Pursuant to school board policy, The second time the School Board offers a particular property for sale, the minimum bid shall be eighty percent (80%) of the appraised value of the property. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any bid not sealed or received after the deadline will be considered null and void and returned to the originator if possible.
