Town of Horseshoe Beach Utilities is requesting sealed bids for the following:
 
Operational and Maintenance Services for Horseshoe Beach Water Treatment Facility.
Project Description- Provide operation services related to Water Treatment facility to include operation, and site visits as required by current permits, utilizing personnel having the required state certifications. Site visits shall include 5 visits per week and 2 weekend visits. Provide accurate and complete records as required by all regulatory agencies and submit all reporting as required. Provide all testing and analysis. Collection of physically pulling sampling. Provide coordination for all chemical deliveries to the facility. Keep track of all permitting requirements and expirations.

The Town of Horseshoe Beach Florida reserves the right to: waive any technicalities; reject any and all proposals which are incomplete, conditional, non-responsive, or which contain additions not allowed for; reject any and all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the proposal which best serves the utility.
