As per the plans and specifications prepared by GraceHebert Architects, the Project scope of work will include, but not limited to the following:
Renovation including miscellaneous demolition, metal stud walls with gypsum board, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors and frames, hardware, lay in and suspended gypsum board ceilings, painting, specialty items, storefront system, masonry work, concrete, concrete ramp, handicapped parking, new opening in existing block walls, stair rails and guard rails, woodwork, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and communications work.
