Sealed proposal for the construction of the Vacherie Water Treatement Plant Proprosed Chlorine Building will be received by the St. James Parish Council, St.James Parish, Louisiana, until 2:00 p.m. , local time on Thursday October 18, 2018 at the Office Operations Director, 5800 La. Hwy 44, 2nd Floor of the Convent Courthouse, Convent, Louisiana, at which time and place said proposals will publicily opened and read aloud. any proposal received after the announce closing time will be returned unopened.

A mandatory pre-bid conference at which the scop of the project, contrac time, and other requirements fo the bidding and contract documents may be discussed, or any other special requirements for the project may be discussed with prospective bidder, will be held at the Office of Operations, 2nd Floor, Convent Courthouse, Louisiana On October 4, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. local times. all bidders are encouraged to attend the project tour after the mandatory pre- bid conference.
