REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Concordia Parish School Board is requesting sealed proposals until 3:00 p.m., January 26, 2024, at the Media Center Office Building, 508 John Dale Drive, Suite B, Vidalia, Louisiana, for the following item(s).

District Wireless Network Upgrade I Internal Connections

Proposed Evaluations - The District, in compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules, will make the award to the vendor providing the most cost­ effective service offering. All such submissions for eligible products and services will be selected via the most cost-effective service offering.

Proposed Award - The Concordia Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality, technical defect or clerical error in any proposed package, as the Concordia Parish School District may deem not to be in the best interest of the system.

The proposals will be opened and read aloud in public on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. Referenced opening is to be held at the system's administrative office building as referenced above. As a public opening, proposers or their respective representatives are invited to be present for the opening. However, only the name of the proposer and a composite type proposed price will be discussed. No other information will be made available until the evaluation process has been completed. A technology review committee will review, evaluate and award the procurement to the successful vendor based on their respective proposal.
