Sealed bids will be received by the Iberville Parish School Board, Attention Evan Cagnolatti, Facilities Manager, at 58060 Plaquemine St., P.O. Box 151, Plaquemine, LA. 70764, not later than 2:00 PM (local time), February 29, 2024, for the following: Multi-campus Driveway and Parking Improvements (IPSB Project Number 2488M01)
 
NOTE ** Outer envelope if mailed shall be marked SEALED BID.

The bids will be opened at the School Board Office immediately following the close of bid time on the above-noted date.
 
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. CDT on Friday, FEBRUARY 9, 2024, at Iberville Parish School Board Maintenance Facility Office, 59125 Bayou Road, Plaquemine Street, Plaquemine, LA, 70764. No bid will be accepted from any contractor who did not attend and sign in at the Pre-Bid Conference.
