Sealed bids will be accepted for removing the existing HVAC system and will be replaced with three (3) new rooftop gas fired AC units at the Bogalusa Branch of the Washington Parish Library. The bid prices should include all labor, materials and equipment as specified in the project manuel for HVAC Replacement by: Henry C. Eyre, Jr., P. E., Inc - consulting Engineers, 7423 Picardy Ave., Suite E, Baton Rouge, LA (225) 767-7070.

Sealed bids will be received by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2011 at the Washington Parish Government Office, located at 909 Pearl Street, Franklinton, LA 70438.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS MUST BE SEALED WITH THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE CLEARLY MARKED: BID DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED - PROJECT TITLE: HVAC REPLACEMENT AT BOGALUSA LIBRARY; INCLUDE CONTRACTORS NAME AND LOUISIANA CONTRACTORS LICENSE NUMBER.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD: Thursday, June 30, at 10 a.m. at the Bogalusa Branch of the Washington Parish Library, located at 304 Avenue F, Bogalusa, LA 70427. Attendance at this conference is NOT mandatory, but bidders are advised that they will be required to state on the bid form that they have personally inspected and are familiar with the project and the site conditions.
