Notice is hereby given that the Calhoun County Board of Supervisors, will at the Calhoun County Board of Supervisors facility at 103 West Main Street, in the Town of Pittsboro, Mississippi, 38951 at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2019 shall accept sealed or electronic bids through reverse auction for a Used Dump Truck for Calhoun County District Five according to specifications on file with the Purchase Clerk and online at www.centralbidding.com.  Sealed bids should be filed with the Purchase Clerk on or before said time.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.  Bidders may call the Purchase Clerk at 662-412-3126 for  download official documents from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Reverse Auction bids can be submitted through Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.  Any questions regarding the reverse auction process should be directed to Central Bidding at 1-225-810-4814.
