REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Dumpster Rental, Trash Disposal, and Recycling Bins
 
Request for proposals will be received by Ascension Parish Purchasing Department, 615 E. Worthey, Gonzales, Louisiana (mailing address P.O. Box 2392, Gonzales, Louisiana 70707-2392) until April 16, 2019 @ 4:00 PM local time.  RFP’s received after 4:00 PM will not be accepted.
 
 Dumpster Rental, Trash Disposal, and Recycling Bins
 
The Parish of Ascension is seeking a qualified firm to submit a proposal to provide recycling bins, dumpster rental and trash disposal service for locations throughout the Parish.  Dumpster’s will need to be placed in pre-determined locations to avoid congestion and dumpsters are to be maintained and cleaned regularly.  This RFP establishes a general scope and terms of services that should form the basis of each bidder’s proposal, and the Parish will tentatively select a successful bidder on the basis of the submitted proposals.
 
This RFP is the means for prospective contractors to submit their proposals to the Parish of Ascension for the services necessary to provide a complete dumpster rental, trash disposal and recycling bins as described in this document.
 
Six (6) copies of the proposal is required

The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid , response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. 
 
Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
