Base Bid: The Project consists of the construction of a 1,000-square foot wood framed, masonry veneer, elevated Municipal Office Building for the Town of Delcambre together with associated site paving, utilities, and all necessary appurtenances.

Additive Alternate No. 1: If this Alternate is accepted, provide all labor and materials required to complete construction of additional site paving, storm drainage, catch basin, and related work as indicated on the plans and specifications.

Additive Alternate No. 2: If this Alternate is accepted, provide all labor and materials required to provide and install additional limestone aggregate paving and related earthwork where indicated on the plans.

Additional Notes/Requirements

Bids must be submitted on bid form provided in specifications. Information must be printed, hand entered, scanned and attached as a document to submit an online bid for this project. To submit a bid bond electronically, front and back of bid bond must be scanned and submitted as a separate attachment to the online bid.
