Request for Qualifications: Animal Shelter
Notice is hereby given that the City of Rogers is seeking qualified design firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for a newly constructed animal shelter.
Deadline for Submission: June 17, 2025 at 5 PM CST.

Sealed qualifications will be accepted at the City of Rogers City Clerk's Office, 301 West Chestnut Street, Rogers, AR 72756, until 5:00 PM local time (CST) on June 17, 2025. Sealed qualifications should be marked "RFQ – Animal Shelter". If submitting hard copies, please include a minimum of 5 (five) hard copies and a digital version. Qualifications received after the indicated date and time will be rejected. Qualifications can also be submitted electronically through the City’s portal found via Central Bidding at the following link: https://www.centralauctionhouse.com/rfpc10664-city-of-rogers.html.
The City of Rogers reserves the right to accept any qualification, to reject any or all qualifications, or to waive any information in qualifications received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the City. City of Rogers reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure.
No qualification may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to date of the opening of qualifications without consent of the owner.
Submitters shall submit all inquiries regarding this Request for Qualifications to the City Clerk's Office, Purchasing Manager, or via the City's portal on Central Bidding, no later than 5:00 PM local time (CST), June 12, 2025.
The City of Rogers hereby notifies all submitters that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 may apply.
