Sealed proposals (bids) for internal connections will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish School Board, Attention: Lacey Morel Bueche, 337 Napoleon St. New Roads, LA 70760.   They may also be submitted electronically at www.centralbidding.com.  All proposals (bids) must be received by Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Bid Opening will follow at the Pointe Coupee Parish School Board.  Bids will be read but not scored at the time of the opening. 
There will be an optional internal connections walk-through on Wednesday, December 10, 2014.  Reservations to attend the walk-through must be made by Friday, December 5, 2014.
 
Bidders may bid on any of the three options listed below:
Option 1:         Turn-key (includes all equipment, wiring, installation, and other essential components)
Option 2:         Equipment (must also include the installation and configuration of equipment) 
Option 3:         Wiring (Cats 6 runs, Fiber runs, LIUs, patch panels, conduit, raceway, etc.)
Prices quoted shall be all‐inclusive (including, shipping cost, installation of equipment, user training, technical support and trash removal) and represent complete installation and integration with the existing network where necessary.
 
All bidders must adhere to the Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) guidelines (as dictated by the SLD).
