CAHSD requests the following services to be addressed in submitted proposals:
a. Develop evidence-based and comprehensive ATOD health communication and social marketing campaign to support CAHSD programs and services based on current research in the field of behavioral health and health literacy supported by local consumer needs information.
b. Research and develop broadcast messages delivered through television, radio, print media and social media.
c. Purchase broadcast time or advertising space in print media, radio, and television.
d. Enhance CAHSD website and social media marketing to promote CAHSD programs and services (website is non-interactive).
e. Research and design use of brochures, flyers, posters to increase awareness about ATOD and to encourage positive health behaviors.
f. Develop project timeline outlining key tasks of the media campaign over the project period.
g. Summarize methodology to track results of the campaign.
Proposer is expected to carry out campaign research, design and implementation in consultation with CAHSD. Campaign products are expected to conform to standard technical requirements to ensure successful implementation.
