The Sabine Parish Police Jury is accepting sealed bids for 2024 road materials, supplies, and services (on a recurring basis as needed) as specified below. All items must meet the specifications of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and the approval of the Sabine Parish Police Jury Road and Shop Committee or Road Superintendent and/or a parish designated engineer.

Sealed bids will be received in the Police Jury Office, at the Courthouse, Many, Louisiana until 10:00 a.m. on November 3, 2023 at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.  The bids will then be presented to the Police Jury during its regularly scheduled December 20,2023 meeting at which time they will be reviewed and awarded
