Is there a staging area on the Southern Terraces section off of HWY 1 that contractors can use to work out of and store Cajun Coral blocks.
DUSRWC on 11-Aug-2023 2:45:05 PM CDT
Yes, there is a small, gated, grass area (29.162401888112058, -90.16690293418236) that CoP owns and is allowing the Contractor to use. The area must be returned to pre-construction condition prior to demobilization, as approved by the Landowner and Engineer, if utilized.

The Bid Table shows a total quantity of 2,826 linear feet of Terrace Planting Berms, whereas Sheet 10 of 11 under the Terrace Quantities table shows terraces 17 and 22 as being 924 linear feet and 2,022 linear feet respectively. These two total out to 2,946 linear feet of terrace with berms which does not match what's shown in the bid table. Please clarify.

Minor Quantity Difference Acknowledged. Quantities may increase or decrease slightly during construction due to unforeseen site conditions or other differences. Bidders shall use the stated quantity in the latest bid table for unit price bidding purposes.
