ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The CITY OF MORGAN CITY is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced individuals/firms for the clean-up, demolition, removal, reduction, and disposal of debris as directed by the CITY OF MORGAN CITY to provide disaster recovery services. There shall be no immediate nor annual cost to the CITY OF MORGAN CITY as this is a pre-event solicitation. This shall be a five-year contract with an option to renew for one additional five-year period and will be utilized on an “as needed” basis.
Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this project are instructed to submit one (1) original and five (5) copies of their proposals to this project prior to 10:00 a.m. on July 20, 2023, to the Chief Administrative Officer at City Hall, 512 First Street, Morgan City, LA 70380. Qualified responses will be reviewed and ranked by an evaluation committee. Those firms short-listed may be selected for interviews and shall be prepared to make a scheduled presentation to the evaluation committee if required.

The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive informalities.
