IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS Bid Law Requirement Update: Act 406 Electronic Bond Submission May Be Required
Vendors will be required to submit certain documentation with bid submission, i.e. affidavits, proof of insurance, etc. These requirements will be outlined specifically in the instructions of each bid package. Vendors should continue to carefully read and respond accordingly per the requirements of the bid packages. These changes are pursuant Louisiana Public Bid Law more specifically, Act 406 of the 2016 Louisiana Legislative Regular Session. BID PROPOSAL Jefferson Parish Performing Arts Center 6400 Airline Drive Metairie, LA 70003 As Above, So Below Window Cleaning will supply all labor, material, equipment, supplies and necessary insurance coverage to perform the following work at :6400 Airline Drive Jefferson Parish Performing Arts Center Wash and Squeegee the Exterior of all windows (high-rise/ low-rise). Pressure Wash all Cement faces i.e. stairs, ramps, exterior of building, sidewalks, driveways etc. (Per attached specifications in bid.) Job Cost: $20,700 Note: Job is bid for regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 5:00P.M. The above prices do not include the removal of construction residues or any stains not responsive to standard window or skin cleaning procedures, unless specifically outlined above. As Above, So Below Window Cleaning will not be responsible for the cleaning of any windows that are blocked by electronic equipment, fragile personal effects, or such items which could be damaged during the cleaning procedure. As Above, So Below Window Cleaning will not be held liable for alarm tape on windows. As Above, So Below Window Cleaning will not be held liable for any existing glass scratches. Due to fabrication debris on the surface of some tempered glass, As Above, So Below Window Cleaning , LLC, will not be liable for any scratches on any tempered glass. Delivery: 0 Days
