Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified firms to provide for PERFORMANCE-BASED ENERGY EFFICIENCY CONTRACT SERVICES AND/OR AN ENERGY TECHNOLOGY-AS-A- SERVICE (ETaaS) CONTRACT SERVICES for all facilities/properties for all Jefferson Parish Departments, for the Department of General Services. (Parishwide)
Jefferson Parish is seeking companies/firms to identify and assist in obtaining financing opportunities to allow for funding to make HVAC equipment, motors, lighting, natural gas devices and water devices upgrades to increase a cost savings through equipment upgrades and improving current operations.
All proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as vendor’s technical proposal, qualifications and experience, financial profile and proposal responsiveness and other criteria more specifically defined in the RFP document. The maximum total points for each proposal are set at 100 points
MANDATORY PRE–Proposal Conference: APRIL 16, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the Joseph S. Yenni Building located at 1221 Elmwood Park Blvd., Ste. 303, Jefferson, LA 70123
