Could you please clarify the correct due date for this submission? Both the portal and the first page of the bid documents indicate that the final day to submit is March 21, 2024. However, section F on page 2 of the RFP mentions bids will be received until March 24, 2024, 10:00 A.M. Additionally, the portal's listing information reflects a date of March 18, 2021.
