The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing drain lines and drainage structures, removal of existing roadway pavement and curb and gutter, removal of existing seawall light standards and foundations, construction of new pile supported concrete plaza slab along the seawall with tree planters, benches, handrails, and non-lighted bollards; installation of decorative seawall light fixtures, installation of vinyl sheet piling, new subsurface drainage lines and structures; new asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, landscaping, installation of turf reinforcement mats and hydro-mulching and all other labor, materials and equipment to construct the project per the plans and specifications.
