Professional services contract to develop the Early Childhood Network website and branding of community network.  Services include logo design, style guide design, custom website with responsive design and admin panel, four 30 second videos, domain website service subscription for Early Childhood Network websites, as well as, a written plan for assisting in recruiting and establishing a local collaborative governing structure.
