The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff is accepting proposals for telecommunications equipment pursuant to L.R.S. 38:2237. We will be accepting proposals based on outright purchase and lease purchase options. Any lease-purchase proposal must include stated interest and this office must obtain Bond Commission approval.

Specifications may be obtained by contacting the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff, Purchasing Department, at 985-857-0341, or physical location, 137 Capital Boulevard, Houma LA, between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday.

Proposals shall be submitted to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office – Purchasing Department at 137 Capital Blvd., Houma, LA in attention to Lieutenant Robby Dupre NO LATER than 10:00 a.m. Thursday July 6, 2017. Proposals shall be sealed and clearly labeled “Telecommunication Proposal”. Proposals received after that date will be returned unopened. Vendors may also submit proposals online at www.centralbidding.com.

Alternate proposals are invited; Vendors may offer services beyond specifications.

The Sheriff reserves the right to reject any or all proposals deemed not in the best public interest.
