Extension of bidding- bid opening to be held, April 16 at 2pm.

Addendum 003 (last addendum before bid opening) includes clarifications to AS100, landscaping questions, bicycle specifications section, clarification on pea gravel, specification for operable partition, PLAM lockers and appliances, and revised Civil drawings. Narrative for Civil: The pond on the west is replaced with an aggregate box on the east side. The aggregate box is a trench filled with clean aggregate wrapped with geotextile on all the sides butting ground to prevent soil infiltration. The trench shall be protected by 6" x 18" barrier curb around the perimeter. There will be a perforated underdrain to drain out water from the box. An overflow arrangement is provided to release excess water and avoid flooding. One additional catch basin is provided on the west side of the parking lot. The drainpipe size and invert levels mentioned in the drawing are based on preliminary calculations and may vary after the hydrology modelling is finalized. The grading shall be revised to match the flow pattern shown on the drawing.
