Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, is seeking bids for the Texas Point NWR – Texas Point Parking Lot Project.  We are having a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site showing to interested contractors from our bidders list at 10:00 a.m. on March 9th, 2022. We will meet at the Texas Point Cattlewalk Levee Parking Lot Jefferson County, TX 77655 (29°42'30.38"N; 93°55'15.53"W).
 
This project generally consists of the the supply and installation of 6,375 S.F. of Asphalt Paving (parking lot) and 400 Tons of Surface Course Aggregate (access drive and asphalt sub-base) located Texas Point NWR – Texas Point Parking Lot. This work shall also include performing the necessary mobilization, site preparation, fill material, excavation, water control, pollution control, seeding, geotextile fabric, and other items outlined in the plans and specifications or associated with constructing the project according to the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for any necessary pollution control measures. The unit price bid for the project shall be payment in full for supplying all materials, equipment, labor and any other necessary incidental items necessary for performing all operations described herein. Unit prices are required as part of the base bid of this contract. Contract completion time is 60 calendar days.
