ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PER SPECIFICATIONS
The St. Tammany Parish School Board offices located at 321 N. Theard Street are currently closed to the public per Louisiana Governor’s Proclamation Number JBE 2020-30. Sealed proposals will be received in the drop box on the south side of the School Board Offices (23rd Avenue side). The drop box will be checked at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. Proposals must be hand delivered to this drop box or submitted electronically.
Questions will be accepted by email to email@example.com until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.
The attached Certification Regarding Debarment/Suspension (Attachment A) and the Certificate Regarding Lobbying (Attachment B) must be completed and submitted with your proposal. Failure to comply will cause your proposal to be non-responsive.
