If I am interpreting the insurance requirements correctly, both Builder’s Risks and OCP are required. As I understand the scope, you will be manufacturing signs to be used at a later date. I don’t see how either of these insurance requirements apply. Please clarify.

In regards to Builders Risk Insurance, please note the statement above which states the following: Construction and Renovation Projects: Unless otherwise specified in the bid, these additional insurance is required. Such insurance is due upon contract execution. Owner's Protective Liability and Builder's Risk Insurance are only for construction and renovation projects. This bid is not for construction or renovation therefore this does not apply to this specific bid. Your question also mentions OCP. I don't know what OCP stands for please clarify.
