Please confirm the bid opening date for the Erate Fiber Cable Upgrade, #21.41? I've noticed the bid date changed to Tuesday, January 19, 2021 for Erate RFP #21.40 due to the Martin Luther King Holiday. Additionally, there is not an Addendum #2 uploaded for RFP #21.41. Addendum #1 was uploaded twice.
