LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR FINANCIAL STATEMENT/SINGLE AUDIT SERVICES FOR HARRISON COUNTY UTILITY AUTHORITY.
Harrison County Utility Authority (HCUA) requests proposals from qualified Auditors for Financial Statement Audit Services as well as Single Audit Services, if required. As stipulated in the specifications proposals shall be submitted electronically, mailed, or brought in person, by no later than 10:00 AM Monday, July 12, 2021. All submittals will be referred to the Selection Committee for review and grading.
Interested proposers shall electronically register with HCUA’s electronic bidding service provider to obtain the documents and to participate in the process. Only proposers on the plan holders list shall be permitted to participate in the process.
The documents may be examined and/or obtained from HCUA’s electronic bidding service provider, Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. The documents may also be examined at the Harrison County Utility Authority office at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503. All participants must comply with all Federal, State, and City laws and regulations. All proposals shall comply with specification and documents provided or be considered non-responsive. The HCUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities. The HCUA reserves the right to amend the specification and proposal documents as may be necessary and agrees to notify all registered plan holders.
