REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS to provide ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING CONSULTATION SERVICES
The Greater Lafourche Port Commission will receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Proposers on or before 2:00 P.M. CST, Tuesday, December 7, 2021 for provision of Environmental Engineering Consultation Services related to FEMA-reimbursable storm-damage repairs/replacements of various existing facilities damaged by Hurricane Ida. Services are also sought for environmental issues associated with potential pursuit of other Federally-funded efforts, associated with Hurricane Ida or not, including but not limited to FEMA BRIC, FEMA HMGP, FEMA HMA, HUD CDBG-DR, HUD CDBG-MIT, American Rescue Plan Act, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is available in electronic form only without charge and without deposit, by email message request to email address listed below. RFQ also available on CentralBidding.com for a nominal charge or subscription. Printed copies are not available from the Owner or CSRS, Inc. Proposers are responsible for any costs associated with preparing and/or submitting SOQ.
Proposers must be licensed by the State of Louisiana as an Environmental Engineer.
Potential Proposers are required to register with Owner by sending email message to email address listed below, to ensure receipt of any Addenda that may be issued.
Deadline for submission of written inquiries is 5:00 pm Monday November 29, 2021. Last Addendum, if any, to be issued on or before 5:00 pm Thursday December 2, 2021.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all SOQ submitted in response to this RFQ.
