The Beauregard Parish Police Jury does hereby advertise for sealed bids and will open same on:
April 14, 2020, 10:00 a.m.
At the Beauregard Parish Police Jury Office, 201 West Second Street, DeRidder, Louisiana, at 10:00  a.m.  Separate sealed bids for the construction of Parish Project No. 2020-02 will be accepted through 9:30 a.m. on April 14, 2020.  Any person requiring special accommodations shall notify the Parish at (337)463-7019 not less than 3 business days before bid opening date.

PARISH PROJECT NO. 2020-02
DESCRIPTION:  Asphaltic Concrete and related work.
COST ESTIMATE:  $600,000 to $700,000
ROUTE:  Various Roads in Beauregard Parish

All bids must be submitted on PARISH BID FORMS, included with the plans and/or proposal which may be obtained at the Beauregard Parish Police Jury Public Works Office, located at 201 W 2^nd St., DeRidder, LA  70634, Phone 337-463-7019, or electronically at www.centralbidding.com.  Proposals will not be issued later than 24 hours prior to the time set for opening bids.  Plans and specifications may be seen at the Project Engineer’s office.  Upon request, the Project Engineer will show the work.
The Parish of Beauregard reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.  
Bids may be held by the Parish of Beauregard for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to award.
The Beauregard Parish Police Jury will take official action on this bid within thirty (30) days.
All bids MUST be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope:  BID FOR: “Beauregard Parish Project No. 2020-02 Road Improvements in Beauregard Parish.”
