ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed or electronic bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Monroe County, Mississippi, until 9:00 a.m. on March 4, 2024, at the Monroe County Chancery Building at 201 West Commerce Street, Aberdeen, MS 39730 for the purchase of One (1) Front Brush Style Self-Propelled Sweeper, with delivery of said Sweeper to be F.O.B., Monroe County Road Department, 101 Hwy 8 West, Aberdeen, Mississippi. Broom manufacturer must warrant that new equipment manufactured by it and delivered hereunder will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the earlier of twelve (12) months from delivery to, or the accumulation of 1,000 hours of service by the initial user. Engine manufacturer must warrant the engine for 24 months and prior to the accumulation of 2000 hours of use. Dealer must provide cost for extended warranty.
Specifications are on file in the Chancery Clerk's Office, 201 West Commerce Street, Aberdeen, MS 39730 or Road Manager's Office, 101 Hwy 8 West, Aberdeen, MS 39730. All bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelope "Front Brush Style Self-Propelled Sweeper bid to be opened March 4, 2024".
