Sealed bids will be received by the Facilities Department for the Jefferson Parish School Board, 4600 River Road, Administration Annex, 1st Floor, Marrero, LA 70072, until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 7, 2017 for parking lot renovations at Marrero Middle School for the Jefferson Parish School System. Plans and specifications are available from the Architect/Engineer, Perrin and Carter, Inc., 3501 Ridgelake Drive, Metairie, LA 70002 Phone: 504-831-7958 for $50.00 per set. The full deposit of one (1) set of documents will be refunded to each General Contractor who submits a bona fide bid. Project No. 2016-53.
There will be a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at Marrero Middle School. The architect/engineer has classified this project as building construction.
