NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Catahoula Parish School Board will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at the School Board Central Office in Harrisonburg, Louisiana.  Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Board Meeting which begins at 6:00PM on May 1, 2018 for the following:
 
                Section 16,   Township 11  North,  Range  6  East---hunting purposes only
 
                Specifications will define the term and type of lease, and may be obtained by contacting the Catahoula Parish School Board Office at P.O. Box 290, 200 Bushley, Harrisonburg, LA  71340.
 
Bids must be sent by United States registered or certified mail, with return receipt requested, or in person, in which case a written receipt will be issued.
 
The Catahoula Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities incident thereto.
