The City of Baker School System is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced Architectural/Engineering firm(s) who are interested in providing architectural and any incidental design related services necessary for replacements of Doors, Windows, Ceilings, Flooring and HVAC at four (4) various school facilities within the school district for purposes of this RFQ., incidental design services could include engineering services, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) services, civil/structural engineering and landscape architectural services.
 
Sealed Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Thursday May 26, 2022 by the City of Baker School System, 14750 Plank Road, Baker, La 70714. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, mailed or hand delivered to City of Baker School Board Office. Proposals will be publicly opened in the School Board Office immediately after 3:00 p.m.. No other information will be made available until the evaluation has been completed. Project Budget is $1,450,000.00, which includes Architectural/Engineering Services, Replacement and Repairs.
