Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP’S) from qualified firms to provide A REVENUE-GENERATING AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE CATERING AND CONCESSION SERVICES AT THE JOHN A. ALARIO, SR. EVENT CENTER AND SEGNETTE BASEBALL FIELD for the Jefferson Parish Alario Sr. Event Center. 
 
The Alario Center desires to enter into a revenue generating agreement which shall provide high quality and service for food, beverage catering and concessions as requested by the Alario Center in a manner that will ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue-generating potential.
 
All proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as vendor’s technical proposal, qualifications and experience, financial profile and proposal responsiveness and other criteria more specifically defined in the RFP document.  The maximum total points for each proposal are set at 100 points
                   
PRE–Proposal Conference: WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Alario Center, in the Alario Center Boardroom, 2000 Segnette Blvd., Westwego, LA. 70094

The Jefferson Parish Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or part, pursuant to the law.
