ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Monroe County, Mississippi, will accept UN-PRICED BID PROPOSALS to arrive on or before 9:00 a.m. on April 19, 2022 in sealed envelopes clearly marked UN-PRICED BID PROPOSALS, for a turnkey elections system which will include twenty-eight or more precinct scanners, twenty-seven ballot marking devices, ballot on demand with hardware and software with color printer with firmware, and five year hardware warranty and necessary accessories for all including ADA accessories, elections reporting software, implementation services, including training and testing, hardware and software warranty, supporting maintenance and post-warranty maintenance and support, according to specifications on file with the Monroe County Chancery Clerk and online at www.centralbidding.com. Proposals should be mailed or hand-delivered to the Monroe County Chancery Clerk, P. O. Box 578, 201 West Commerce Street, Aberdeen, Mississippi 39730 or by electronic bid submission at www.centralbidding.com.
Notice is further given that the Monroe County Board of Supervisors will, at www.centralbidding.com, at 10:00 a.m. DST and ending at approximately 10:30 a.m., unless extended by Anti-Bid Sniping, on April 21, 2022, accept electronic bids through a reverse auction for a turnkey elections system which will include twenty-eight or more precinct scanners, twenty-seven ballot marking devices, ballot on demand with hardware and software with color printer with firmware, and five year hardware warranty and necessary accessories for all including ADA accessories, elections reporting software, implementation services, including training and testing, hardware and software warranty, supporting maintenance and post-warranty maintenance and support, according to specifications on file with the Monroe County Chancery Clerk and online at www.centralbidding.com.

The Board of Supervisors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select the bid deemed to be most advantageous to Monroe County.
In acquiring said turnkey elections system, the Board of Supervisors expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of any or all bids based on a lowest and best bid determination in the best interest of the County. The Board of Supervisors may consider the following factors in determining the award: date of delivery, services, previous performance and experience of bidder, transportation cost, cost of operation, quality, maintenance, and warranty.
