REVERSE AUCTION INFORMATION:

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Harrison County School District will be receiving bids for desktop workstations for 18 campuses in the following manner:

The Harrison County School District will accept un-priced proposals until: 10 A.M. Friday, February 9th, 2024, online at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Submission will be evaluated, and qualified vendors will be invited to submit priced proposals by online reverse auction on Friday, February 16th, 2024, at 10 A.M.

Specifications may also be downloaded at www.centralbidding.com. Harrison County School District reserves the right to amend the specifications, as necessary, and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets.
 
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Harrison County School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals or any group thereof and waive any defect or informality in any bid or bidding procedure. INTRODUCTION
The Harrison County School District seeks to purchase desktop workstations for the following campuses. The use of said brand name and model is to establish the minimum acceptable quality. Determination of equality is solely the responsibility of the Harrison County School District.
 
River Oaks Elementary (242 desktops)            - Child Development Center (42 desktops)
HCSD Alternative (78 desktops)                        - Bel-Aire Elementary (311 desktops)
Crossroads Elementary (318 desktops)           - Harrison Central Elementary (226 desktops)
D’iberville Elementary (290 desktops)             - North Gulfport K-8 (641 desktops)
D’iberville Middle (467 desktops)                     - North Woolmarket K-8 (459 desktops)
Lizana Elementary (215 desktops)                    - Orange Grove Elementary (184 desktops)
Lyman Elementary (246 desktops)                   - Saucier Elementary (187 desktops)
Pineville Elementary (118 desktops)                - Woolmarket Elementary (210 desktops)
Three Rivers Elementary (245 desktops)
West Wortham K-8 (465 desktops)                  Total: 4,944 desktops

Please note the School District will be utilizing the reverse auction process for this purchase. The process now requires two steps. If you qualify after the first step on: 10 A.M. Friday, February 9th, 2024, you will be invited to take part in the Reverse Auction on Friday, February 16th, 2024, at 10 A.M. 

 All costs associated with this project SHALL BE included in the Reverse Auction. All instructions are provided within this project packet.
