Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified
firms to provide Landfill Gas Collection and Control Systems and Leachate Collection System
Operation and Maintenance Services at the Jefferson Parish Sanitary Landfill.

The Technical Proposal has a maximum evaluation score of 75 points as described in the Evaluation
Section of the RFP. The Cost Proposals of the responsive Proposers will be opened after the
Technical Proposals have been scored by the Evaluation Committee. The Cost Proposal has a maximum
evaluation score of 25 points for a total score of 100 points.
