Listing Information/Advertisement:
The Work consists of construction of New Special Ed Classrooms on the northeast side of the main school building on the Ruston High School Campus located off Bearcat Drive in Ruston, Louisiana.
The Work includes site work, concrete sidewalks, site drainage, suspended extruded aluminum awning, concrete foundations, brick veneer, cmu block walls, pre-engineered steel framing, finish carpentry, millwork, storefront systems, wood doors, door hardware, glazing, lay-in ceilings, solid surfacing, painting, electrical, mechanical, fire alarms, granular surfaced spray-in-place silicone/polyurethane roofing and other systems as described in the contract documents.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at the front entrance
of Ruston High School, 900 Bearcat Drive, Ruston, Louisiana. School Telephone (318) 255-0807.
Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are
encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
